Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 3 August 2026
Version: 1.0
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of https://krishnaland.art (the “Site”), the purchase and use of tickets, reservations and other products or services offered through the Site, and entry to and participation in KrishnaLand 360 attractions, exhibitions, performances, events and visitor experiences (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by:
Fulldome Pro, trading as KrishnaLand 360
Registered address: Flat 403, Tower 17, Unitech Habitat, Sector PI-2, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201308, India
Customer support and grievance email: krishnaland360@gmail.com
Website: https://krishnaland.art
In these Terms, “KrishnaLand”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Fulldome Pro, trading as KrishnaLand 360. “Visitor”, “you” and “your” mean the person using the Site, making a booking, holding or using a ticket, attending the venue, or participating in the Services.
Please read these Terms before using the Site, making a booking or visiting KrishnaLand. By doing any of those things, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site, purchase a ticket or enter the venue.
1. Scope and order of precedence
1.1 These Terms apply to individual visitors and, where relevant, to the person or organisation making a booking for other visitors.
1.2 Additional written terms may apply to a particular promotion, ticket type, attraction, event, school visit, private hire, group booking, membership, competition or third-party service. Those additional terms form part of your agreement with us. If there is a conflict, the following order of precedence applies:
- a separately signed agreement or written group, school, corporate or private-event contract;
- specific conditions clearly displayed for the relevant ticket, promotion, attraction or event at the time of purchase;
- these Terms; and
- general information elsewhere on the Site.
1.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or overrides any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including applicable rights under Indian consumer-protection law.
2. Eligibility and authority
2.1 You may make a binding purchase only if you are legally competent to contract. If you are under 18 years of age, a parent, legal guardian or other authorised adult must make the booking and accept these Terms on your behalf.
2.2 If you book for another person, a family, school, tour, company or other group, you confirm that:
- you are authorised to make the booking and provide the necessary information;
- you will communicate these Terms and all safety, admission and operational information to every visitor covered by the booking; and
- you accept responsibility for payment and for the accuracy of the information supplied.
2.3 Group leaders, teachers, parents, guardians and accompanying adults remain responsible for the supervision and conduct of the persons in their care.
3. Information about the Services
3.1 We take reasonable care to describe the Services accurately. Images, videos, visualisations, concept art, schedules, running times, performer details, attraction lists and other promotional material are provided to explain the expected experience. They may be illustrative and may differ from the final or operating experience because of artistic development, maintenance, weather, safety, technical requirements, capacity, licensing, seasonal programming or other operational reasons.
3.2 Operating dates, opening hours, show times, capacities, attraction availability and programme content may change. Current information displayed at the venue or communicated directly by us takes priority over older marketing material or information from third-party websites.
3.3 We may correct typographical, technical, pricing or availability errors. If a material error affects a confirmed booking, we will contact the purchaser and offer an appropriate correction, alternative or refund as required by applicable law.
4. Bookings and contract formation
4.1 A booking request is an offer to purchase the selected Services. A binding contract is formed when we send a booking or payment confirmation, unless the confirmation clearly states that further approval is required.
4.2 All bookings are subject to availability, capacity, successful payment, fraud and security checks, and compliance with these Terms.
4.3 You must provide complete and accurate information, including a working email address and telephone number. We are not responsible for a missed confirmation or operational notice caused by incorrect information, a full inbox, spam filtering or a communication setting outside our reasonable control.
4.4 Review the date, time, ticket category, visitor quantity and price before payment. Contact us promptly if the confirmation contains an error.
4.5 We may refuse or cancel a booking before admission where reasonably necessary because of:
- non-payment, reversed payment or suspected unauthorised payment;
- fraud, resale, misuse, automation or circumvention of purchase limits;
- a pricing, capacity or technical error;
- a legal, safety, sanctions or regulatory requirement; or
- a material breach of these Terms.
If we cancel for a reason unrelated to your breach or misuse, we will provide a suitable alternative, credit or refund of the affected amount, as appropriate and subject to applicable law.
5. Tickets
5.1 Tickets are valid only for the date, admission window, attraction, category and number of visitors stated on the confirmation or ticket.
5.2 A ticket may be issued electronically and may contain a barcode, QR code, booking number or other unique credential. Protect it as you would protect cash. A credential may be used only once unless the ticket expressly permits multiple entry.
5.3 Do not publish, duplicate, alter, resell or transfer a ticket for commercial gain. We may reject a ticket that has been copied, altered, obtained fraudulently, resold through an unauthorised channel or previously redeemed.
5.4 Non-commercial transfer to another eligible visitor may be allowed unless the ticket is personalised, promotional, restricted or expressly non-transferable. We may request the booking confirmation, the purchaser’s identification or evidence of eligibility for a concession.
5.5 Loss, deletion or unauthorised sharing of a ticket does not automatically entitle the holder to replacement or refund. We may reissue a ticket after reasonable verification that the request is genuine and that the ticket has not been used.
6. Prices, taxes, discounts and promotions
6.1 Prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, mandatory charges and booking fees will be included in or disclosed with the total price before payment, as required by law.
6.2 Prices may vary by date, time, demand, ticket type, channel or promotion. A later reduction does not create a right to refund the difference on an earlier completed purchase.
6.3 Discounts, concession tickets and promotional codes:
- are subject to availability and the stated eligibility criteria and validity period;
- may require satisfactory proof at purchase or admission;
- have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash;
- cannot be combined unless expressly permitted; and
- may be withdrawn or corrected where used contrary to their stated conditions or obtained through error, fraud or misuse.
6.4 If satisfactory evidence for a discounted ticket is not produced, the visitor may be required to pay the difference to the standard applicable price before entry.
7. Payment
7.1 Payment must be made using a method accepted at checkout or otherwise approved by us. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected method and authorise the relevant charge.
7.2 Payments may be processed by independent payment providers, banks, card networks or UPI services. Their separate terms and privacy notices may apply. We do not control their approval, verification, settlement or processing times.
7.3 A booking is not complete if payment fails, remains pending, is reversed or is not received. If a payment appears to have been taken but no confirmation arrives, contact us before attempting repeated purchases so that duplicate charges can be investigated.
7.4 You must contact us promptly and in good faith before initiating a chargeback. An improper or fraudulent chargeback may result in cancellation of the related tickets, recovery of amounts lawfully due and restriction of future purchases.
8. Cancellations, changes and refunds
8.1 Unless a different written policy is displayed for a specific ticket before purchase, confirmed tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, personal circumstances, travel disruption, late arrival, no-show or partial use.
8.2 You may request one change to the booked date or admission window by emailing krishnaland360@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the original admission time. A change:
- is subject to availability and operational approval;
- must normally be used for the same ticket category within 90 days of the original date;
- may require payment of any price difference; and
- does not create a refund if the replacement date or ticket has a lower price.
Requests received less than 24 hours before admission are not guaranteed and may be declined.
8.3 Tickets are not refundable merely because a visitor does not satisfy an age, height, health, safety, supervision, identification or eligibility requirement that was reasonably disclosed before purchase or admission.
8.4 If we cancel the entire booked visit or the principal ticketed experience and do not provide a reasonably equivalent alternative, the purchaser may choose:
- rescheduling to an available date;
- a credit for the affected ticket value; or
- a refund of the amount paid directly to us for the cancelled ticket or Service.
8.5 Where the venue remains open and a substantial part of the booked experience is available, temporary closure, substitution or alteration of an individual attraction, installation, performer, programme element or facility does not automatically entitle the visitor to a full or partial refund. We will nevertheless provide any remedy required by applicable law.
8.6 Approved refunds are made to the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed. We will initiate an approved refund within a reasonable period. The time for the amount to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
8.7 We are not responsible for separately booked travel, accommodation, meals, visas, insurance or other third-party costs. Visitors should consider appropriate travel or cancellation insurance.
9. Admission and arrival
9.1 Bring the valid ticket or confirmation and any identification or eligibility evidence reasonably required for that ticket. Admission is subject to ticket validation, capacity, security screening and compliance with these Terms.
9.2 Arrive sufficiently early for security, ticket checks and orientation. A late visitor may be required to wait for a suitable entry point, may miss part of a timed experience or may be refused entry where late admission would disrupt a show or create a safety risk. Late arrival does not automatically entitle the visitor to a refund.
9.3 Re-entry is permitted only where expressly allowed by staff or stated on the ticket. Tickets must not be passed to another person after entry.
9.4 We may set reasonable capacity limits, queues, routes, viewing positions, session lengths and access controls for safety and visitor experience.
9.5 We may refuse admission or remove a person where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, protection of the experience or enforcement of these Terms. Where refusal or removal results from the visitor’s conduct, intoxication, prohibited item, false information or breach, no refund is due except where required by law.
10. Visitor conduct
10.1 Visitors must:
- follow lawful instructions from staff, security personnel, performers and emergency services;
- treat other visitors, staff, performers, property, cultural material and sacred imagery with respect;
- remain within designated public areas and comply with barriers, signs and queue systems;
- use attractions and equipment only as instructed; and
- take reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of others.
10.2 The following conduct is prohibited:
- violence, threats, harassment, abuse, discrimination, indecent conduct or deliberate disruption;
- possession of weapons, explosives, fireworks, illegal drugs, hazardous substances or any item reasonably considered dangerous;
- entry while intoxicated or consumption of alcohol or substances contrary to venue rules or law;
- smoking or vaping except in a specifically designated area;
- theft, vandalism, graffiti, tampering with equipment, climbing on structures or interference with projections, performances or technical systems;
- unauthorised sales, solicitation, campaigning, leafleting, demonstrations or commercial activity;
- unauthorised access to restricted, staff, technical or backstage areas;
- use of drones, laser pointers, professional lighting, amplified equipment or any device that creates a safety or operational risk; and
- any unlawful activity or conduct that unreasonably diminishes another visitor’s experience.
10.3 Prohibited items may be refused at entry or required to be stored or removed. Where lawful and appropriate, security personnel may inspect bags and use reasonable screening procedures as a condition of entry.
10.4 A visitor responsible for deliberate or negligent damage may be required to pay the reasonable cost of repair, replacement, cleaning or related loss, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Immersive effects, health and safety
11.1 KrishnaLand experiences may include:
- large-scale fulldome and projection-mapped imagery;
- darkness, low lighting and sudden changes in brightness;
- flashing, strobing, rapidly moving or high-contrast visual effects;
- loud, directional or low-frequency sound, live music and vibration;
- simulated motion, optical illusions and disorienting perspectives;
- theatrical haze, fog, scent, lasers or other atmospheric effects where permitted;
- enclosed, crowded, mirrored or confined environments;
- uneven, sloped or dimly lit surfaces; and
- interactive installations and moving visitors.
11.2 These effects may not be suitable for everyone. Visitors with photosensitive epilepsy, a seizure condition, vertigo, migraine, motion sickness, balance difficulties, heart or respiratory conditions, sensitivity to loud sound or flashing light, claustrophobia, anxiety, pregnancy, mobility limitations or another relevant medical or sensory condition should review available warnings, seek appropriate medical advice where necessary and speak to staff before participating.
11.3 Safety information on the Site, ticket, signage or staff instruction forms part of these Terms. You must comply with all age, height, weight, mobility, health, clothing and supervision restrictions. Restrictions may vary by attraction and may be applied at staff discretion where reasonably necessary for safety.
11.4 Stop participating and notify a member of staff immediately if you feel unwell, dizzy, distressed or unsafe. In an emergency, follow evacuation and safety instructions without delay.
11.5 General safety information provided by us is not medical advice and cannot account for every individual condition. You remain responsible for deciding whether participation is appropriate for you and for persons in your care, subject to our duty to operate the Services with reasonable care and skill.
11.6 Do not touch projection surfaces, lenses, technical equipment, suspended installations, cables, barriers or performance equipment unless a member of staff expressly invites interaction.
12. Children and supervision
12.1 Children and persons who require supervision must remain with a responsible parent, guardian, teacher, group leader or authorised adult at all times.
12.2 The accompanying adult is responsible for:
- deciding whether an experience is suitable for the child or supervised person;
- explaining and enforcing safety instructions;
- maintaining appropriate supervision, including during queues and restroom visits; and
- ensuring prompt response if the person becomes distressed or separated from the group.
12.3 We do not provide childcare. A child must not be left unattended at the venue.
12.4 Schools and organised children’s groups must maintain the supervision ratios and permissions required by applicable law, institutional policy and any separate booking conditions.
13. Accessibility and special assistance
13.1 We aim to make the Services welcoming and reasonably accessible. Because immersive installations, temporary structures and safety systems differ, not every experience may be suitable or accessible in the same way.
13.2 Contact krishnaland360@gmail.com before booking or as early as possible if a visitor requires step-free access, seating, sensory information, a companion, communication support or another reasonable adjustment. We will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and appropriate support, subject to safety, technical feasibility, availability and applicable law.
13.3 Accessibility requests do not require disclosure of unnecessary medical detail. Provide only the information reasonably needed to understand and support the request.
13.4 Assistance animals are permitted where required by law and operationally safe. Contact us in advance so that route, sound, lighting and welfare considerations can be discussed.
14. Food, drink, allergies and personal requirements
14.1 Food and drink may be restricted in domes, galleries, performance areas and near technical equipment. Outside food or drink may be restricted except where reasonably required for a medical condition, disability or infant care.
14.2 Food or beverages supplied by us or a third-party concession may contain or come into contact with allergens. Visitors with allergies or dietary requirements should ask for current ingredient and preparation information before purchasing or consuming an item. Unless expressly confirmed in writing, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
14.3 Visitors are responsible for carrying necessary personal medication and for informing their accompanying person of any relevant emergency needs. Staff may contact emergency services but do not replace professional medical care.
15. Personal belongings and lost property
15.1 Visitors are responsible for their tickets, telephones, bags, valuables and other belongings. Do not leave items unattended.
15.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property unless caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care.
15.3 Found items may be held for a reasonable period and then donated, recycled, destroyed or otherwise disposed of. Perishable, hazardous or low-value items may be disposed of sooner. Return and delivery costs may be charged to the owner.
16. Photography, filming and recording
16.1 Personal, non-commercial photography and short video recording are permitted only in areas where they are not prohibited and only if they do not disrupt an experience, infringe another person’s privacy, obstruct circulation or create a safety risk.
16.2 Flash photography, tripods, selfie sticks, drones, professional equipment, live streaming, recording of complete shows, and photography or recording of protected content may be restricted or prohibited. Follow all signs and staff instructions.
16.3 Content created at KrishnaLand may not be used for commercial advertising, paid promotion, merchandise, resale, training artificial-intelligence systems or another commercial purpose without our prior written permission and any required third-party permissions.
16.4 We may photograph or film the venue and events for security, documentation, news or promotional purposes. Where appropriate, notices will be displayed or permission will be requested. Our collection and use of identifiable images is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://krishnaland.art/privacy-policy/ and applicable law.
16.5 If you believe that our published material includes an image of you or a child for whom you are responsible in an inappropriate manner, contact krishnaland360@gmail.com with enough information for us to locate and review it.
17. Intellectual property
17.1 The Site and Services, including the KrishnaLand 360 name and branding, logos, text, photography, artwork, characters, films, music, sound, fulldome content, projection sequences, animation, graphics, designs, software, interfaces, databases, installations and event materials, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws.
17.2 We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Site and use purchased Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
17.3 Except where law expressly permits, you must not without prior written permission:
- copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, transmit, display, perform, adapt, translate or create derivative works from protected material;
- extract, scrape, download in bulk, frame, mirror or republish Site content;
- remove copyright, trade-mark, credit, watermark or rights-management information;
- reverse engineer, decompile, circumvent or interfere with technical protection; or
- use our names, logos, designs or content in a manner suggesting endorsement, affiliation or ownership.
17.4 No right is granted except the limited permission expressly stated in these Terms. All other rights are reserved.
18. Reviews, submissions and visitor content
18.1 If you voluntarily send us a review, testimonial, photograph, video, competition entry, idea or other content for publication or promotional use, you confirm that:
- you created it or have all necessary rights and permissions;
- it is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- it does not infringe privacy, intellectual-property or other rights;
- it is not unlawful, defamatory, threatening, deceptive, obscene or malicious; and
- it does not contain malware, undisclosed advertising or confidential information.
18.2 You retain ownership of your content. Unless a separate written release states otherwise, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt for format, publish, display and communicate content that you intentionally submit for publication, solely for operating, presenting and promoting KrishnaLand and the relevant campaign or interaction. This licence continues for published materials already produced, subject to applicable law and any valid withdrawal of consent where consent is the legal basis.
18.3 We may moderate, decline, remove or stop using submitted content at our discretion, but we are not obliged to publish it.
19. Acceptable use of the Site
19.1 You must not:
- use the Site unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that harms another person;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, servers, payment systems, source code, data or restricted functions;
- introduce malware, malicious code, denial-of-service traffic or harmful material;
- use bots, scripts, scraping tools or automated purchasing systems without written permission;
- bypass rate limits, security controls, queues, purchase limits or access restrictions;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation;
- harvest personal data or send unsolicited communications;
- interfere with the Site’s operation or another user’s access; or
- use Site content to train or develop an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model without prior written permission.
19.2 We may block, suspend or restrict access reasonably believed to involve fraud, security risk, abuse or breach of these Terms. We may preserve and disclose relevant information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety and security.
20. Third-party services and links
20.1 The Site may contain or link to payment services, maps, social-media posts, messaging services, videos, ticketing systems and other third-party content. A link or integration does not mean that we control or endorse the third party.
20.2 Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy notices and availability. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent acts, omissions, content, security or service failure, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
20.3 If we act as a disclosed agent for a third-party event, product or service, the identity and applicable conditions of that provider will be made available during the transaction. Your rights against us and the provider will depend on the nature of the arrangement and applicable law.
21. Privacy
21.1 Our collection and use of personal data is explained in the KrishnaLand 360 Privacy Policy at https://krishnaland.art/privacy-policy/.
21.2 When another person makes a booking for you, we may receive your details from that person for ticketing, admission, communication, safety and customer-service purposes.
21.3 Payment providers, social-media platforms and other independent services may process personal data under their own privacy notices.
22. Group, school, corporate and private bookings
22.1 Group, school, corporate, tour-operator and private-event bookings may require a deposit, minimum attendance, final headcount, supervision arrangements, special payment deadlines and a separate cancellation schedule.
22.2 The organiser is responsible for accurate participant information, payment, permissions, risk information, supervision and communication of all relevant conditions.
22.3 A separate written proposal, booking form or contract accepted by the organiser takes priority over these Terms for the matters it covers.
23. Changes, closures and events beyond our control
23.1 We may make reasonable operational changes, including changes to routes, schedules, capacity, performers, installations, content, lighting, sound, facilities and opening hours, where necessary for safety, maintenance, artistic programming, technical operation or legal compliance.
23.2 We are not in breach of contract for delay, interruption, closure or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These may include severe weather, flooding, fire, natural disaster, epidemic, public-health measure, war, terrorism, civil disorder, government action, court order, strike, transport disruption, power or network failure, supplier failure, equipment damage, security threat or emergency.
23.3 We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and communicate material changes. Where an event beyond our control prevents the entire booked Service from being provided, our primary remedies will be rescheduling, a credit or refund of the affected amount paid directly to us, subject to applicable law.
24. Service standards and disclaimers
24.1 We will provide Services for which we are responsible with reasonable care and skill.
24.2 The Site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or compatible with every device, or that all information will remain current at every moment.
24.3 Visitor experiences are subjective. We do not guarantee a particular personal, educational, emotional, spiritual or artistic response.
24.4 Any disclaimer or limitation in these Terms applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes a warranty, duty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
25. Liability
25.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- wilful misconduct;
- breach of a mandatory statutory duty; or
- any other liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
25.2 Subject to clause 25.1 and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss;
- loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings or data arising from non-commercial use;
- loss caused by a visitor’s breach, negligence, failure to follow instructions or undisclosed relevant condition;
- loss caused by an independent third party outside our reasonable control; or
- travel, accommodation, visa, insurance or other external costs associated with a visit.
25.3 Subject to clause 25.1, our total aggregate liability arising from a particular booking or visit will not exceed the amount paid directly to us for the affected ticket or Service. This cap does not apply where such a limitation is prohibited by law or where a competent consumer authority, commission or court determines a different remedy.
25.4 You are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by your unlawful use of the Site, deliberate damage, fraud or material breach of these Terms. This clause does not create liability beyond what the law permits.
26. Suspension and termination
26.1 We may suspend or terminate access to the Site, cancel a ticket or require a visitor to leave where reasonably necessary to address fraud, non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, safety concerns or material breach of these Terms.
26.2 Provisions concerning payment, intellectual property, visitor content, liability, complaints, governing law and any provision that by nature should continue will survive termination or completion of the visit.
27. Complaints and grievance redressal
27.1 We aim to resolve concerns promptly and fairly. Send a complaint to:
KrishnaLand 360 Customer Support and Grievance Desk
Email: krishnaland360@gmail.com
Address: Fulldome Pro, Flat 403, Tower 17, Unitech Habitat, Sector PI-2, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201308, India
27.2 Include your name, booking number, visit date, a clear description of the issue and the outcome requested. Do not send complete card, bank or UPI credentials.
27.3 We will acknowledge and address consumer grievances within the periods required by applicable law. We may request reasonable evidence or verification needed to investigate.
27.4 If a consumer complaint is not resolved directly, the visitor may use any statutory consumer-redressal mechanism available under applicable law, including the National Consumer Helpline or the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to surrender a non-waivable statutory right.
28. Governing law and jurisdiction
28.1 These Terms and any non-contractual matter connected with them are governed by the laws of India.
28.2 Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should, where practical, attempt in good faith to resolve the issue through the complaint process in clause 27.
28.3 Subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim before another competent forum, the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with these Terms.
28.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court or using a statutory consumer, regulatory or mediation process.
29. Changes to these Terms
29.1 We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, business operations, technology or law. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last updated” date.
29.2 The version accepted when a booking is made normally governs that transaction. Updated provisions may apply immediately where required by law, necessary for safety or security, or beneficial to visitors without reducing existing contractual rights.
29.3 If a material change affects an existing booking, we will provide reasonable notice where required and any remedy required by law.
30. General provisions
30.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, the booking confirmation and any applicable specific written conditions constitute the agreement concerning the relevant booking or use of the Services. They do not exclude a representation or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
30.2 Severability. If a provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
30.3 No waiver. A delay or failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
30.4 Assignment. You may not transfer contractual rights or obligations except as expressly permitted for a ticket or with our written consent. We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a reorganisation, financing, sale or transfer of the relevant business, provided this does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
30.5 No partnership or agency. These Terms do not create employment, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary or agency relationship between you and us.
30.6 Third-party rights. Unless expressly stated, a person who is not a party to the agreement has no independent right to enforce it, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
30.7 Electronic communications. You agree that booking confirmations, tickets, notices and contractual communications may be provided electronically to the contact details supplied. Electronic acceptance and records may be used to form and evidence the agreement as permitted by law.
30.8 Language. These Terms are written in English. If a translation is provided, the English version will prevail to the extent permitted by law, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
30.9 Headings. Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
